WSCA – WORLD SOCCER COACH ASSOCIATION

VISION

After the successful founding of the WSCA in 2023, it was time to set clear priorities and goals for the next 10 years to globalize and connect football in the interest of all coaches and coaching organizations. The 2024-2034 vision outlines how coaches can grow into a global community in a rapidly changing football world. It is based on seven key points:

  1. Organization
    The WSCA is at the service of the football movement and meets the needs of its member associations. To this end, it acts in a service-oriented manner and demonstrates absolute transparency and efficiency.

  2. Global networking –connecting people
    The WSCA takes account of the increasing globalnetworking of nations in all areas (e.g. sport, politics, business). This takes place at the level of individuals, but also at the level of organizations, companies, societies and states.

  3. Values
    The WSCA takes measures to strengthen its unity, to protect its independence, to maintain its political and religious neutrality and to build bridges, taking
    action against any form of discrimination that could hurt the football community.

    Coaches and coaching associations also convey fundamental values and ideals in their dealings with one another. Fair play, tolerance, team spirit, reliability and commitment are essential prerequisites for a successful sports culture that develops social and
    integrative power.

  4. Equal rights
    The WSCA promotes and supports women coaches in sport at all levels and in all structures in order to strengthen the principle of equality between men and women.

  5. Vocational support – educational offers
    The WSCA promotes the social and professional future of professional coaches and also supports them in their search for alternatives in the private sector. It combines sport with culture/education and business.

  6. Support
    The WSCA actively motivates people and countries to found or expand new coach associations on all continents. With top experts and an international network of contacts, the WSCA is always on hand to advise on implementation.

  7. Fair Play
    On and off the pitch
