Philip J. Müller (Switzerland)
As a former professional football coach and, since 2001, as a top official in various sports associations, Philip J. Müller is familiar with the major challenges that trainers/coaches and managers face on a day-to-day basis far beyond the borders of Switzerland. Thanks to his experience in sport as well as in the private sector, Philip J. Müller combines both areas perfectly.
As former Secretary General of the AEFCA, he is very familiar with the challenges facing international coaching associations. He has also been President of the Union of Swiss Football Coaches USFT since 2008.
Philip J. Müller has been working as an entrepreneur since 2011 and carries out national and international mandates in the areas of professional planning/career planning/marketing/consulting.
Philip J. Müller completed part of his education at the University of St. Gallen and has also been an official „CAS“ Center for Sports Management Ambassador for the University of St. Gallen since 2023.
Dr. Marco Del Fabro (Switzerland)
Marco Del Fabro is an experienced litigation lawyer. He works primarily in the areas of contract, commercial and corporate law, employment law and inheritance law. He also specializes in private construction law.
Marco Del Fabro has a particular affinity for sports law. He regularly advises national and international associations, clubs, athletes and coaches, investors and sponsors as well as players‘ agents and represents them before association courts, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne or ordinary courts. He has cooperation partners in Serbia and Brazil.
Marco Del Fabro is a partner at BFMS Attorneys at Law. He is a member of the Sports Law Committee of the Swiss Bar Association. He has lectured on various sports law topics and has published regularly on such topics. He is co-editor of the magazine Causa Sport.
Samuel Haas (Switzerland)
During his time as a professional footballer at Grasshopper Club Zurich, he successfully recognised his passion for finance. His educational path off the pitch then led him from the fiduciary and tax sector to private banking for top athletes and coaches and finally to M&A and financing specialists for sports companies.
After several years of intensive support for international athletes and coaches in various sports, Samuel Haas decided, together with a few selected partners, to found SHP. The aim was to offer his clients, especially clubs and investors, an even more personalised and better all-round service. In the meantime, he has held various management positions at international football clubs, including three years as General Secretary of Grasshopper Club Zurich. SHP currently holds various consultancy mandates with clubs throughout Europe and advises a select number of investors on their entry into football. He is the founder and Managing Director of SHP.
